I could not be more pleased than I am with my bathroom renovation performed by Bath Fitter. The Bath Fitter product is of high quality a and easy to maintain but it is the people component of the experience that had impressed me the most. The consultant I dealt with, Sylvie was very professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and raised ones that I hadn’t considered in a way that gave a confidence that I was dealing with a very highly reputable company. I enjoyed having you come to my house and explaining to me what was involved to achieve what I wanted. You are very personable and easy to talk to and I was very happy with your knowledge about the products. I had a shower installed last Thursday (January 14, 2009) and it looks absolutely amazing!
